You’re also responsible for helping them to grow and develop as professionals. If you want your team to be successful, you must cultivate a positive, fun, and collaborative work environment. A positive work environment is one that is focused on success. It’s one in which employees feel valued and have the opportunity to learn and grow.

2. Great leaders are great motivators. A great leader has a unique ability to motivate their team to achieve the best results. A great leader can motivate even when the going gets tough.

3. Great leaders know how to inspire and motivate their team to do more than they thought was possible. They know how to get people to perform at the peak of their potential. They know how to build teams that can execute on goals when there’s no room for error. They know how to make people feel like winners, even when they’re losing. 17. Self-Discipline: A leader must be self-disciplined. A leader must be able to set goals for himself or herself, keep those goals, and accomplish them. A leader must be able to set aside his or her own needs in order to accomplish the organization’s goals.

18. Motivate: A leader must motivate people. A leader must be able to get people to work hard on a task. He or she must be able to convince others to do what he or she wants.

19. Conflict Resolution: A leader must be able to resolve conflicts. A leader should be able to find a compromise between different parties involved in a conflict. A leader should be able to find a way to get everyone on the same page.

20. Integrity: A leader must be honest. A leader must be able to tell the truth and admit when he or she is wrong. He or she should never lie or cheat.

21. Loyalty: A leader must have loyalty. A leader must be loyal to his or her organization and its employees. He or she should always be there for his or her employees.
