A leader who has learned from experience will exhibit certain Effective Leadership behaviors that are effective in getting things done.In the world of management, there are many different definitions and interpretations on the definition of leadership. When most people think of Effective Leadership , they think of big bosses. But leadership doesn’t always have to come from the top, as most companies today realize.

It is a process that takes time and work. Here are some practices that I think every leader must adopt to have a successful career.

1.Be a leader from the beginning  : If you want to have a successful career, then you should be a leader from the very beginning. This is because a leader can make a change, while a follower cannot. If you are a leader from the beginning, then you will not get stuck in the middle of nowhere, nor will you get lost. Being a leader from the beginning means that you are aware of what is going on around you and you are proactive in taking control of your situation.

2.Understand the business  : To have a successful career, you need to understand the business that you are in. You need to understand why you are there, what your purpose is, and how to make the most out of your position. You must know the ins and outs of your business to be able to make decisions that will benefit the company.

Be aware of your strengths and weaknesses  : As a leader, it is important for you to be aware of your strengths and weaknesses.This is because you will need to take advantage of your strengths while avoiding your weaknesses. It is also important to learn from your mistakes and improve so that you can become a better leader.

4. Be a good listener  : Good listening skills are essential for being a good leader. It is important for you to be able to listen to what your employees are saying because they are the ones who are closest to the situation. They are also the ones who are going through the problems, so they need your attention and help the most.

5. Be a motivator : Being a motivator is an important quality for a leader. It is not enough for you to tell your employees that you expect them to work hard and achieve great things. You must show them by example that you are willing to do the same for them.
