2) Set goals for yourself that are reasonable and attainable and that move you closer to the life you want.

3) Know who you are and what you stand for.

4) You must have the right people in your life. You can’t work with people who don’t support your vision.

5) Be willing to make changes in your lifestyle to achieve your goals. You can’t be a leader if you aren’t willing to sacrifice.

 Self-leadership requires discipline and self-awareness. The word “self” means to lead or guide oneself. Self-leadership is being aware of your own limitations, strengths, passions, and goals, and making deliberate choices about how to become the best version of yourself. It’s being willing to let go of limiting beliefs that have kept you from getting what you want, from living life the way you want.It’s having the courage to do things differently, to try new things, and to be kind to yourself.

Self leadership requires self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-motivation. It’s about knowing who you are and who you’re not, about understanding your strengths and weaknesses, and about learning to live in a way that brings out the best in you. It means dealing with the challenges that come our way. If you lack courage, you will avoid everything that scares you and you will miss out on opportunities that could help you to become better. Being brave means putting yourself out there and trying to make a difference. There will be times when you might fail. In fact, you might not be able to get anything done. But, the good news is that this doesn’t mean that you have failed. Failure is inevitable in life.

Sometimes, we can’t get something done even though we want to. In order to succeed, you need to be able to cope with failure. Remember that failure isn’t a reason to quit. When you feel discouraged, think about the reasons why you are feeling this way and what you can do to make yourself feel better. Don’t let anyone discourage you from achieving your goals.
